Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Exchange

We Offer exchange for UAE Customers." (1 time exchange only) we charge of AED 25 per collection & delivery. Please send us an email to confirm your size and arrange an exchange 1hundred50dubai@gmail.com

you have 3days after receiving your item to request a exchange. 

If the size you want is not available, you will have to wait for back order or choose another product.

As soon as the return is completed, we will ship a new product.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Cash on delivery

About refusal to receive cash on delivery
Even if the delivery is refused,

the sales contract is still concluded and the purchaser refuses to receive the product due to one-sided circumstances, so the shipping and return shipping charges will be charged to the buyer .
If you do not pay, legal action will be taken, so please be sure to receive it when purchasing by cash on delivery.

Cash Payments (COD):

In any case We do not offer refunds for Cash Payments (COD). For Cash on delivery orders you will receive either Store Credit or Exchanges.
NOTE: Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
